What to include
Keep the first message short and non-confidential. Three points are usually enough to start:

- DecisionWhat needs to be clarified, compared, reviewed or documented?
- Timing and evidenceWhat information is already available and when is the support needed?
More detailed information can be shared after the initial scope is clear.
